Missed Appointments and Cancellations

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to make your appointment you must notify our office no later than the business day before your appointment. If you do not notify the office, or fail to come to a scheduled appointment you will be billed a "No Show" charge of $20. The "No Show" charge is not covered by your health care insurer and payment will be required prior to your next scheduled appointment.
