Session Charges and Payment Policy

Phoenix Behavioral Health currently accepts the following health care plans: Coventry, Diamond State Partners, Blue Cross of Delaware, Amerihealth and Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice Plans, Cigna, First State Plan, Mid-Atlantic, Tricare, Medicare, UBH, Value Options, Magellan, and Keystone. Depending upon the type of coverage you have there may be a co-payment required by your health care insurer. You are responsible for paying the co-payment at the time of your session as well as any deductibles or other fees not covered by your health care insurer.

Payments for your account can be made by either cash, personal check, or credit card. Information regarding your health care insurer will be expected prior to your first scheduled appointment so your appointment can be pre-certified.

You are ultimately responsible for all charges. If you have specific questions about your health care coverage, please contact your health care insurer. You will receive a statement of your account at the end of each session. This statement reflects any amount you may owe, as well as any amount still owed by your insurance carrier.

All accounts that are 120 days past due are subject to being sent to a collection agency.
