Intake
The Intake department will set up an initial appointment with a Phoenix clinician. This department will also verify your insurance benefits and match the client with a provider that has experience given the clients report of identified symptoms or needs. It should be noted that clients that have not been seen for a period of time six months or longer may need to go back through the intake process.
