Supervision of Children

Please be aware we are not able to provide child care services during your appointment. We recommend that you make arrangements for your child's care prior to your scheduled appointment. At some facilities we are able to provide a play room in the waiting room that your child can use during your appointment, however, all children must be supervised either by you or another responsible person while in any part of the facility.
